The purpose of this website is to solicit the sale of Professional Liability / Medical Malpractice Insurance issued by Physicians Benefit Resources Risk Retention Group (PBR RRG), a medical malpractice insurance company that requires the participation by its insureds in a shared risk quota through Captive Insurance Companies which the insured establish and own. PBR RRG's application for authority was approval in its selected home State of Nevada on July 15, 2010; it was formally issued its Certificate of Authority on July 20, 2010. It is in the process of registering as a Risk Retention Group in Florida, Texas, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, California, Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Colorado, Alabama, Michigan and Illinois. Participants in PBR RRG programs will be expected to obtain independent legal and tax advice and will receive Private Placement Memorandums and related due diligence materials when they are provided with their binding quotations for premium and equity. All PBR RRG insurance products are placed by brokers licensed in the State of sale or solicitation.
